Hi, I’m Vanessa.

Here’s the short(ish) version of my story, my mission, and what my business is about:

➪ I have always felt a call to be a change maker. I instinctively look at life through a systems lens and automatically, intuitively assess what’s working, what’s not, and how it can be shifted in more holistic, functional, and innovative.

➪ Visions of what the highest potential could be for a person, place, or…system, drop in A LOT. I thought everyone was wired like this, so I’d tend to get over excited, like a puppy, and ask people what their visions were, often to their blank response. 😂

➪ I live abroad with my husband, son, and 3 cats. We made the decision intuitively, sold everything, and jumped. People say it was brave. It just felt right, so we did. 🤷‍♀️

➪ My mission is two fold:

1) To gather the new paradigm visionaries, builders, and businesses who are here to create collective change and want to do it through collaboration. Aka, New Earth Collab. Together, we create the new systems and structures that support life.

2) To transform the landscape and language for sensitive souls (empaths, intuitives, neurodivergent, “adhd,” etc) by providing a whole new framework with which to really get what’s going on energetically, and how to better navigate their sensitivity.

➪ Ever evolving, the golden thread for the past 25 years of this work, is supporting others in their transformation, to be more themselves, heal what’s underneath the surface, lean into self-leadership, and trusting the timing of it all.

Beyond the jobs I’ve done, courses attended and created, groups taught, client results, massively helpful mentors - all foundational for my journey - the game changer has been the willingness to do my healing work.

I’ve transformed my inner terrain more times than I can count, built new external realities for myself on repeat, and become a new version of myself time and again.

I am grateful and humbled by the awakening journey and healing process. The reverence I’ve gained from being tumbled around the washing machine of life has given me deep roots, big wings, and a no-nonsense approach to everything.

Life is an adventure!

I have lived in big cities and dense forests. Sat in traffic for hours and swam in rivers all day. Worked in a mall and volunteered on a farm. Spent time in country clubs, and grew up in the inner city. From the San Francisco Bay Area to now residing in Europe.

The biggest adventure of all is choosing to follow my intuition.

It has directed me to unexpected career changes (ask me about the time I was a professional princess). It guided me to where I met my husband. It led me to sell everything and relocate continents. It is my compass. When I check intuitively about what's next, I get the strong sense that a whole new adventure is about to begin.

Alright, here’s the long version

My name is Vanessa Smith, and I love life.

I have been through a lot of experiences that might make me feel otherwise, and sometimes certainly did. But whenever I found my intuitive stance and remembered my divine assignment, the love for life not only returned but did so in an expanded way. To say it’s been a process would be an absolute understatement. More like a stumbling phoenix rising while uttering out “Here we go again.” 🤓

I used to assume other people went through these initiations too, and ended up where I ultimately did. Grateful. Lit up. In touch. Connected. Sharing their gifts without hesitation. Seeing themselves with great and humble regard. Bringing their visions to life.

But often, they didn’t…and I could see why. Literally see the reasons holding them back.

This is where energy enters the picture. I can see, sense, hear, feel, taste, and experience energy in ways many don’t.

When I look at others through that lens, I see their polarities - from unhealed cored wound to integrated highest potential, along with all sorts of energy dynamics at play in between those two. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do with this…gift?

So I played the show pony psychic for awhile, doing one off sessions, sharing the potential I saw. I thought that would be enough to entice others out of hiding and into the light of their gifts. Instead, it made them more confused as to why they were so off path, or unsure as to how to create this optimal reality. Core wounds would just keep popping up, like whack-a-moles, blocking progress and perspective.

To be totally transparent, I hated this.
