You've done the inner work. You've cleared, integrated, healed. You know who you are. You trust your gifts. And, you’ve built something… or at least you’ve been trying to. Your purpose led business. Your body of work. But it’s not yet moving in the way you know it’s meant to.

Your outer build hasn't caught up with who you've become.

The structure of what you are building - your offers, content, visibility, messaging - were created by an earlier version of you. One who has a different energy, identity, and rhythm than who you are now.

You don’t need someone else’s template of how you are meant to bring your aligned work forward. Your build has to come from you, based on who you' are now. Otherwise, you’re scraping together pieces that don’t fit together like a cohesive whole.

That creates a misalignment, which isn’t just a feeling or a flow. It’s structural incompletion where your build can’t build and your soul’s work stays stagnant. Given that who you are and what you do is part of this paradigm shift, it’s paramount that you get back on track.

That’s what we’ll do here. Because I know you are ready to move and so is your soul’s work.

We look at how your business is built - your offers, your structure, your messaging and content pyramid, your visibility approach, your energy output. Then we correct what's out of alignment with who you are.

Pairing my highly detailed energy read and specific to you intuitive strategies, we’ll assess what’s structurally out of alignment.

This opens the door to creating the momentum you know you’re meant for. Your design charts (Astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys) get added into the conversation when applicable, helping to structure your soulwork and build your foundation aligned to you.

    The block is almost never what it looks like on the surface. Whether it's a core wound that became your ceiling, a structural misalignment in your offers, a visibility pattern keeping you hidden, or energy you've been leaking without knowing it. We find it. You shift it.

    What are you here to build?

    Your purpose work is meant to be built upon. It’s not something you borrow from someone else’s template or system. We look at what you've already built, what's working, what needs to be restructured, and what you're not building yet that would be aligned to do so. Your natural gifts, rhythm, and design provide the blueprint for this.

  • Bridge

    Who are you here to connect with?

    Many are waiting to receive what only you can offer. Even more want to support your purpose work in the world. Momentum happens once you bridge your work to those aligned people through the right channels, the right message, the right timing. We build that bridge, together.

Meet your mentor, Vanessa

Hi, I’m Vanessa Smith. I've spent two decades in the transformational field, not as a generalist or generic coach but in helping clients see themselves incredibly clearly in who they are and what they are here to build for the paradigm shift.

No matter how many times I've reinvented offers or refined my own brand, the core work has always remained the same: what's the block, what's the build, and who is that work meant to bridge to?

That's what we do in Soulwork Structure, so you can get on with the larger purpose work you are designed for.
