Visionary Projects
Part of my mission is to build out the visions that come to me, to actively participate in building other people’s visions that align with my standards and values, and to create a hub where we can gather and connect around building visions.
It can be far too easy to brush off an idea, not plant the seed, failing to execute or follow through on building a vision. But when we do make that commitment, we are quite literally changing the present, and the future, by creating the infrastructure for a new paradigm. This lights me up in ways I can’t even articulate!

One of my strongest gifts lies in the realm of energy psychology. I am a seer who excels at unearthing what’s really going on underneath the surface of what you say and do, who you are and why you are here on the planet right now, specifically.
I am on a mission to change the language and landscape of how we assess our reality, transform ourselves, and connect with each other, all rooted in a foundation of energy… in the most relatable, grounded, practically applicable way.
The energy is shifting in massive ways, and on many levels. We are becoming more attuned to it all.
This is why I turned my natural ability to read energy into a methodology for mastering it.
No, this isn’t about “manifesting,” as you are already a master at that. It’s about checking the energy, my golden rule, for navigating all that is going on around and within you, for discerning real from fake, for protecting your energy and truly taking care of yourself whether you are sensitive or not. How I got into healers
The short answer - A head to toe skin rash so intense it hurt to shower.
At the time, I would not have considered myself mainstream or holistic. More curious, and to be honest, scared and desperate. I went to 5 different types of health practitioners. General physician, dermatologist, registered nurse who did live blood cell analysis, acupuncturist, and a nutritionist. They all had different answers for what was happening with me and how to best heal it. I didn’t know how to choose.
I ended up following the protocol of the live blood cell analysis. She essentially scared the crap out of me by showing me my blood on a screen and said what I had was worse than cancer and would kill me if I didn’t use her system. It was totally irresponsible on her part, but at that point I didn’t trust my intuition enough to walk away. This is one of the many reasons I teach about energy now, as it’s highly intertwined with our self-worth and our willingness to take a stand for ourselves. We need to represent ourselves!
$1000 in and 24 hours after using the supplements purchased, I ended up in the emergency room.
That experience lit a fire in me that has been burning strong ever since.
To become our own health advocates. To find truly aligned health practitioners who are ethical, gifted, and skilled. To unpack what it means to be vital, well, healthy, radiant beyond the trendy self-care tactics of today. To explore the power of genuine connection as a key factor our vitality. To intentionally bring in spirituality because it’s who we are and what keeps us truly well. To be holistic in our approach.
We need to not only redefine health and healing, but to create a new paradigm system to support it.
Back to the rash… Returning home from the emergency room, I found a business card I had picked up from a local health food store. It was for a homeopath and medical intuitive who lucky for me, did house calls. This woman changed my life. No joke. I am forever grateful for her. She was my mentor for 8 years.
Within 30 minutes of taking a homeopathic remedy, I felt more myself than I had in years, so much so that I remember putting my forehead on the ground and praying thanks. The next day, the skin rash started clearing. Plus, she read me, and my energy, like no one ever had. I felt so seen, in a way that I could better see myself. This was one of the biggest reliefs, an exhale my soul had been waiting for.
This is one of many transformational-awakening-dark night of the soul stories I have around healers and healing.
At this point, after devoting myself to the inner and outer healing my life requires of me, I have decided that I am unwilling to compromise my joy, my vitality, my gifts, and my passion for working with healers and bringing visions to life, especially due to any fear that someone else will be uncomfortable with it.
